Total Contracting Limited has been in operation since 1999. Our major business is in municipal work for The City of Houston and surrounding counties. TCL specialty is Major/Complex underground utility, Major storm sewer, Sanitary sewer, Water line and Concrete Paving.

Major Underground Utility

Many completed projects in the Houston area including the first 14×12 box culvter in Houston’s History on Kirby drive at 27 feet deep.

Street Lights &Traffic Signals

Replacing, relocating and revitalizing Houston’s roads includes the lights on the side of the roads. You can see our most recent work on Bellaire.

Paving

Many miles of Houston’s roadways were our projects; including Reconstruction of Parker from Airline to Hardy Toll, West Belfort, and Bellaire.

Construction & Building

Our beautiful office and various other construction projects are custom made by us in-house.

Landscape

Installing water lines and landscaping are just a couple of our aesthetically-pleasing projects.

Machinery

We own and operate our own machinery and have the largest Liebherr; only 2 in Texas.
